logiq 500 problem

hi,
i have an logiq 500 ver 2.20 witch boot up normaly, when pressing the new patient button i have and error sys: missing file COMMONWK VC
at the patient screen we have image of probe we can scan an image but there is no user preset we can't do no calculation(BIP,LF etc). i also found in error log some futher missing file like: file PRBACTTM.VC , file SYSACTTM.VC
is any one can tell me how can i reload system preset or user preset in this system

Reload system software first. Sounds to me like any missing file means corrupt Hard Drive.
