Logiq 7 - US Don´t boot-

Hello:
We have a GE Logiq 7 US machine.
The unit don´t boot.
No show images in the screen, neither in the LCD panel.
We can hear a permanent sound like a intermittent continuous beep.
Any help?

The software is not loading , solution is to reinstall the software from this disk.
