My logiq7 starting good whitout error message on screen. But no see any probe. On touchscreen not appared probe name but only image of connector free. If I connect probe screen mess "probe disconnect" . And I no lissen the beep sound when finish boot. I reinstalled sw . Check all voltage . All ok . When I perform test on pc diagnostic its all passed. When I perform LOGIQ7 test I see "system configuration: fail

The PC is communicating with the boards because you said you see empty the probe slots.If there was a problem with the communication you would see some probes that is not really connected and a black and white image,so the problem is in the boards.Remove the probe connector and reinstall it after cleaning it very well and try again.Also try to reinstall the software.
Yes. BEP have comunication. Becouse in Hardware info I see all board connected. Only QCON have ??? in rev position. And on test write Check rev! . Supply is ok

Have you changed anythink in the Logiq 7.The message you get is from an incopatible board or software wrong version or lost bios settings.

I remove it clean and reinstall sw. Noting. If I run QCON test on screen i see : check rev . On Hardware info I see : QCON - ff - ???

It seems like you found the problem.The message is clear QCON is the board that the probes connect.Do you have another one?
