LOGIQ 700 BOOT PROBLEM

Hello everyone:
I have a problem with LOGIQ 700, Model: 2184000, the system turns on and loaded all the options and software, but at the last line: SETUP PARAMETERS SYSTEMS, launched 19 points and lacks the latest and freeze, by the logo in THE MONITOR.

hi, I have a logiq 700 expert and works fine just the time is lost every turn off. Could you help me, I think that is necesary a software key or remote acces. Best regards
