My LOGIQ 9 BT02 shows the connected probes in the touch screen but i cant get the "cone-" to scan the screen looks like there are to atatched probes.
we tried to turn it off but the shut down window didnt come out so we had to unpluged it
any help would be apreciate thanks

Godd afternoon im having this issue
