I have a client in a very isolated part of the world with a Logiq 9 BT02 that stops booting.
With "USB device failed to initialize"
Do you have any ideas?
o you have Logiq 9 software to reload?

if the system is a BT02 why is trying to boot from USB? dont think BT02 supports USB, check the BIOS maybe lost its configuration, check the battery on motherboard for BIOS

first check the bios settings to see if it is ok with usb configuration.open the side cover and start removing the usb cables from the pc one by one to see if you solve the problem.what software do you need?

I have no idea. It is just what the screen on the Logiq 9 says. We suspect it is the keyboard.
