Dear friends.
I have a GE Logiq 9 with damaged disk. The disk appears to be only 8.5GB in a 160GB, as if it were configured via firmware. Is this normal?
Where can I get a copy of the Software to reinstall it?

The BEP PN is 2404027-54 rev6. But I don't know what software had. How may I identify the version?

No this is not normal you may have a problem with the disk.Do you know the software and the bep of your machine?Also do you have the basic key?It should be in a sticker in the cover of the pc side.

I repaired the disk and boots windows, but the software is not running. The database and the program is probably damaged. I do have the basic key, it has two stickers with keys on the left side panel.

open the left side of Logic 9 software should be on that side. The HD I think that accepts up to 500 gb. install the software and base APPLICATION. Must have with the software a save info - restore licenses.

Hi Moito. I know I should reinstall the software but I don't have any copy and for what I have read it needs to be a version linked to the hardware. Are the licenses stored on the disk? It has 2 stickers with keys in the left side. Are this all the keys the system needs?

UPDATE: I managed to repair the disk and the system is booting. It asks to me for the basic key, I applied the two strings in the left panel and it says the key is not valid for the system. I had to change the BIOS Battery since it was out.
Is the Bios Blaster CD strictly necesary? Could the bios loss generate this problem?
Nothing has changed in the system but the BIOS.

Check in the back of the BEP for a dongle, is a white parallel connector, this contains the licenses/options, maybe is loose and this is why I asking you for the key valid license for the system

You were right. The dongle wasn't installed. Once we installed it, the system worked correctly.
