Hi!
I have a problem. After system loading scanner don't see the probe. On the screen I can see the picture like a gray scale moving rainbow. Can you help me.

I don't quite understand what you see on the screen, is this gray scale on the place where the echo image should be?

Ilya, Hi! I'll try my best 'guess'. The failure you're describing, normally happens in systems like LOGIQ 3 and LOGIQ 5, when the PC2IP SCSI cable is loosed, and there's no comunnication between the equipment's FE and BEP. What I mean is, the Computer itself is not 'seeing' the Front End, that means, the scanner itself. I believe you have only a bad contact case, internal cable loosed, or some board is dettached. Perform an internal research, taking off the internal boards and reattaching them. I think this will solve. If won't, you probably have some defective board in this 'link' system. I think you will figure out what is going on. Hope this helps. God Bless. MAC.
