hello every body
i have a problem with LOGIQ E9. when i start a new exam i cant store image the dataflow shows (NO ARCHIVE).
when i change to (LOCAL HDD) it gives me a window with ADM and PASSWORD. i dont know what is the password i clic cancel it retourn to (NO ARCHIVE)
I CANT CHANGE IT
any help would greatfull

Best and fast way to solve this issue, is to take note of all License Keys, save the user presets, and reinstall all over (OS and App) - initializing all partitions.
It will, including, solve the ADM password (leave it blank, afterwards), and all issues regarding database and dataflows.

Hi,
It seems some settings could be wrong. You need to log in as administrator.
It is not allowed to write passwords here.
Just send me an email preferably with a photo of the ADM screen so I can send you the proper password.

make sure to also write down or take a picture of the current IP address since that doesn't get saved on the "backup" presets.
