On a LOGIQ E9 I have this problem: When I install any transducer, the screen shows a text box "SYSTEM ERROR. RESTART IT" and at the bottom of the screen it shows "loading sonar/application, please wait". Please help me with this problem

Log in with the service and test. Depending on your power supply or hardware level, the mrx - grx card may be faulty.
