This error report includes: information regarding the condition of EchoLoader MFC Application when the problem occurred, the operating system version and computer hardware in use, your Digital Product ID, which could be used to identify your license: and the Internet Protocol IPI address of your computer.
We do not intentionally collect your files, name, address, email address or any other form of personally identifiable information. However, the error report could contain customer-specific information such as data from open files. While this information could potentially be used to determine your identity, if present, it will not be used.

On another GE ultrasound system model with the same error, I replaced the hard drive with a new one and performed a clean install of the software. Re-installation on the old hard drive did not work.
I’ve tried replacing the hard drive with two new ones: one with the same firmware as the old drive and one without. I reinstalled the software, but I’m still getting the same error. Do I need to install software that is specific to the machine’s serial number?

Hi. The software must be compatible to the system´s hardware. Try also changing the CMOS battery and checking your BIOS configuration.

Hi, maybe the software I have isn't compatible with system's hardware. And btw does the hdd's firmware matter when doing reinstallation?
