Greetings. We ship used/tested medical equipment to developing nations. A recipient has a Logiq P6 Elite. They changed the CPU battery and are now locked out. The message on screen is "Enter License Number". Does anyone know how to progress from here? We don't have the license-it is donated equipment. Is this a software license and where could we find it, or is it a system ID number and how do we enter it? The older Logiq 400-700's have a procedure using a laptop. Is the P6 similar in process? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. This is their only ultrasound so no exams can be performed until it is operational. Best regards,
Replacing the battery should not generated that kind of issue, but if they replace the SOM on the CPU or the whole CPU then yes it will need a license.
The battery is just for BIOS they can try to enter BIOS and check date/ time and reboot.

I quess this is a message they get at the time the Logiq is trying to load the final screen before endering to working condition 2d mode.If that is the case the license number is on a sticker inside the Logiq.If it is not then with the serial number of the Logiq you have to contact GE to give it to you.
