I have a 2007 Lorad affinity in my lab. that has gone through other technicians with strange problem.
When I run a exposure with low MAS the system works fine, however when the exposure is over 300MAS the exposure is canceled and the panel indicates the error 44 45 25 in sequence and burning one or two the IGBTs of the lower side of the inverter board. the problem occur in auto and manual mode.
i did an repair the inverter board, changed IGbts for a original tipe, but the fail ocured again.
I changed high voltage cable and now only one remains possible high voltage leakage problem in the ray tube X.
Has anyone had this problem where besides the errors burn the IGBTs?

is it doing it on all kv ranges also? if so check the filament protect board the i have had the transient suppressors go bad, also check the connector on the back of the tube and wiring. if all this is good i would attempt to calibrate the filaments to ensure the calibration file is not corrupt. if all this does not correct it could be the tube or HV tank

WHAT IS STRANGER IS THE BURNING OF IGBTS OF REVERSE THAT BELIEVE WHETHER IN REVERSE VOLTAGE PEAKS.
TODAY ABLE OTHER XRAY TUBE TO TEST.
NOW WAIT IGTS THE CHANGING OF THE INVERTER BOARD
