Good morning, anyone have the service manual for this machine, I need to solve a problem in the filament circuit is failing, sometimes works normally and whenever with the patient for biopsy gives error or fault filament filament power.
My client purchased this machine used and not sent to technical documentation.

you can try the following: 1. Check the incoming power didnt change Vs the main transformer tap. if this change no good or enough power will be to have the correct filament currect for exposure. 2.Check j312 of the tube control board is ok and non of the pins are burn and all have good contact with the pings on the board. I will recommend to replace that connector. Their is a high current point and nowmally damage that connector. 3.. Also remove the D11 from that board. D11 is a 8.2 zener diode and when the circuit goes with higher resistance the zener power is not enough. hope this helps bye
These items already cited checked and the problem persists , I think the problem is in one of the plates through which the filament current , accurate electrical layout to provide better , this handset has 2 plates , tube protector and tube board .
Good night, friend Naelv, could replace some capacitors near the PWM generator (which were changed less capacitance) and improved the machine works 22KVp to 27KVp in the position of 28 kVp, the message still remains on the screen (Filament supply error ) and does not emit radiation.
If someone has these electric schemes please send me by email, I will check the capacitors generator board, and come back here to tell you what happened.
