The 5VDC should be set for 5.2vdc. On the back of the machine is the LVPS (upper left corner). You will see a little access hole in the cover to adjust the pot. The other possible cause could be the Dallas Clock Chip on the microprocessor board that will most likely need to be replaced.

Check the +5V supply on the motherboard inside the console. I'll check some old service notes and post here if I find anything else.

yes. You are right. Chip dallas does not work more. I just changed it and the system started!
