Lorad M4 problem, service manual request

Hi, this error appear only with HTC, the minimun time for operation of the grid is at 400ms.
Please check it, and if error persist check the HTC Bucky or program in host microprocessor board.

these are the things u check that can cause this error.

1. open bucky to be sure you do not have a defective motor.
if motor does not move by hand repair bucky.

2. check with scope connected to ir micro brd tp7 and ground. see if you get a 9.5 volt reading when exposure is done at manual 30 kvp and 50 mas.
if not tube

3. if machine times out on all AEC auto ( kv, Filter,time)
service manual says IR microprocessor may be bad.
but also defective tube or hv circuit may cause problem.

Note i have also noticed that when i used 2cm bem and did manual exposure it seemed that beam quality droped off at about half of the collimated area away from the chest wall.
