Can anyone help with the steps for correcting Error 71 - mirror drive/deck? After start-up, the system performs a self test then displays error 71 on the operator console. We have tried cleaning the mirror drive using a blower. The error still exists. Software revision is 1.12.

First thing you need to check is, if the miv reads the tube head MP software during the boot up.

Yes, the system reads the software version as 1.12

Hi, you need check the motors of mirror. these is you problem.
