Good morning, i need help with this problem, the unit doesn't boot the software, always restart after making the dianostics, i've already check the power supply and it's fine, on the operator microprocessor board i place the dip switch S1-4 in the off function "Test screen" then option 7 to check the system memory and it shows "U19 memory fail".
