HI TO ALL please I AM facing a problem on a lighspeed qxi When customer attempted to scan, the rotor accelerated & the scan button activated. When pressed, the xray light illuminated briefly & then two errors were created in the log; 183289 & 245043 (Unexpected loos of high voltage.) and scanner hardware stopped is on the left monitor even resuming don't move anymore
Do you have the JEDI generator or the older version with two inverters. If you have the older version generator check for a blown fuse in either the anode or cathode inverter supplies. It will be a large ceramic type fuse and you will have to take the cover off of the inverter to access it.
