Hello everyone,
We have a problem with Lunar DPX NT.
When we are making calibration if the spillliover test avarage is less then 12% in passes the calibration but if the spillliover test avarage is less then 12% it cannot pass the calibration so we need to make mecanical adjustment to get it pass .
Is there any other way to get this done ? becasue mechanical adadjustment takes time!

If you still have problem check the detector first and then check the xray tube also.very first you delete the qa database and done the warmup.if u read the same value for spillover then only check the tube and detector

First adjust the home position for x-ray tube, and then centering the tube between rx and detector.
The problem is the QA block is outside the home position, but only you need calibrate the home position and x-ray tube

if you are still having problems after adjust home pos and centering you may have a bad detector
