Hello,
I have a problem with a 1999 lunar dxp iq.
In the SBC board are "on" 3 leds , one red, one yellow an one green.
I cant move the arm with the head controls, the equipment doesn do anything.
The error log says:
dsr_dpx.c ER_SERDRV serial driver call failure
Scanner unexpectedly reported VER DPX 5.24 firmware.
ERR generic error code
calibration error.
and the x ray indicator in the table lit twice.
anyone know what can i do??

First of all do you have diagnostic tools for the DPX-IQ.
Forthermore what is the first error message you get (according to above it must be "serial call timeout error 255)

Dear Alexander,
when i installed the equipment I had an error 255, but I change in bios the configuration of serial port and the 255 error quit.
whe I can do a QA, the computer send me the following error:
dsr_dpx.c (512) ER_SERDRV serial driver call failure
sacnner unexpectedly reported VER DPX 5.24 firmware
dca_main.c (265) ER_SERDRV
ddb_cal.c(182) ERR generic error code
Calibration error
ddb_main.c (569) ERR generic error code
I want know if when the equipment is installed
it need a reset or something, because I cant move the motor for longitudinal or transversal movement.
