Is there a sleep gas tube inside machine this can inter fear with the tray position.
I had a problem like this and moved it away from X-ray area then passed
QA .
Make sure nothing is in the beam path like the gas pipe for anaesthetic .
Check you have the tray in properly and correct way round I have had both these causes before.
Sometimes this error is only because the wrong Calibration Disk is installed. Ensure the serial number on the back of the PIXI matches the serial number on the Edit User Settings screen. Just reload the Calibration Disk with the correct serial number to repair.
If the serial numbers are correct, then I assume someone has disassembled the PIXI and replaced a component. The alignment must be made in the service mode with a special alignment jig. One must then run through the entire Factory Calibration due to the new alignment. Without the tools you have no chance of reviving this PIXI.
Sometimes this error occurs when the detector has failed and can no longer see the alignment.
Contact me if you need further assistance. I have all tools and spare parts to revive your Lunar PIXI.

I have a problem with a densitometer Lunar Pixi. The scanner is not aligned properly. Any ideas to what might help me solve this?
