Hello,
Errors:
26738 – Peaking Failure
All Detectors (D1-D16) same error 32776 – Excessive counts during peaking.
22239 – all Detectors failed peaking.
22334 – Spillover failure
22288 – All detectors failed spillover
These are the errors I got trying a QA. I don't have any test tools or manuals. Is the problem with the detector or tubehead ?
If costly repair we might retire unit?
Does any know how much a detector is ?
Does any know how much a tubehead is ?
Can you still get parts for this unit?

Hi Jeremiah,
Believe it or not you may not have an issue with the detector or tube at all. Can you send the error log to my email? If so, I will be able to give you a better diagnosis. This string of errors can be caused by a simple issue that is easily overlooked depending on what version of the Prodigy you have.

check the aperture assembly, there are rubber o-rings that dry rot and does not allow the aperture to operate correctly

I hope you are well.
You can download manual from online GE library.
You can check the X-ray tube by simply placing film on the table and after exposure you will check film on CR DR.
Check the dry sold on boards,
I faced problem of "detector reset eror" whch can be solve by plug out and plug in of detector cable or use blower to clean dust from recoiling slit of tube head.
Parts will be arrange but first make sure which part you need.

Thanks for your responses. My Bone Density unit is in the process of getting replaced. I'm trying to find out how soon. If the Radiology Manager wants me to trouble I will contact everyone that responded. Thanks
