I have a problem whit the QA Calibration
whit The Spillover test
the mean % its Fail but some times work
some body know what its the problem

verify that the collimator and shutter are working properly, is this a new install? If not how long has the equipment been installed. You may need a PM

The equipmen has one year instaled
first the equiment needed 3 QA testings to work
and then 5 and now don't work
Can you explain me what is a PM please?
