Hi, Larry! Look for a tab or option named 'Reset QA Database'. Save prior QA Database and create a brand new one. Sometimes, the QA has some value out of the normal trending that could cause this loss of mean values. Try this, first, because is easy and use to solve. After the first succesful QA, perform at least other 4 QA's, to make sure equipment will have mean values to work. Hope this helps. Take care, God Bless. MAC.

Luner Prodigy cannot get past QA mode

System comes up but cannot get past QA mode. It will not let them calibrate. Consequently, then can't use the machine.

They can't get past the start screen of the calibration page.
I'm an x-ray guy, mostly sales on top of that. I did print out all of the error log and it is 70 pages long.
If there is info on the error log that will help let me know and I'll respond.

As a general rule the first error is the real error and the rest is a dump from the original. Look for an error that has an ARC or HV or RESET in it.

It will not let them even start a QC.
There is 70 pages of error logs. Don't know where to start.
