I have a problem with the Magnetom C MRI system! It doesn't allow to make any sequence. It doesn't even allow Tune up. The error messages are:
* The system has not been adjusted
* Local coil tuning adjustment error
* Internal error, invalid RFAS multiplexer output channel
I made:
- Complete software reload to both Fujitsu host and MRIR
- Tune up failed giving error as above.
- Test tool, all RF functional test failed, giving similar error as above. They even start.
- Replacement of CODIBOX, COSIMUX and Transmitter.
