According to my manual 014 = Corrected KV value out of range. This error is only valid for SW ver. 4.4 or higher. The fix is to reload the tube specific HVL values with the help of "dose calculation configuration program" Siemens P/N 6609563.There is a procedure in the manual. I might also suggest checking KV calibration using the internal KVP test points and a peak hold meter such as a Fluke Model 87 non-invasive is not recommended by Siemens.

Having an error 014 when exposing on MO/MO only on the Mammomat 3000, MO/RH is ok. I can't find error 014 on my book.Any help welcome Thanks
