Medison 5500 software

Hello I have a problem with a Medison 5500, the system does not signal at all, just the control panel is light on and we can listen the fan sound from the power supply when we power it on, does anyone has a software image? does anyone has an idea about this problem? Thanks

Hi,
From your description the problem is not a SW, you should look into HW problem specially in the PC parts or maybe a missing power voltage for the PC.

it is not a software problem
remove the mother board(pc board)
clean its terminals
remove rams and clean their slots
connect the mother board again it will work
