Hello i have a MEDISON 9900, dont have the 4d convex probe so i use another probe from an XQ the model is 3D4-7EK, the system admited the probe on 2d with no issues but when i tried the 4D i got this mesagge in a window

Hello i have a MEDISON 9900, dont have the 4d convex probe so i use another probe from an XQ the model is 3D4-7EK, the system admited the probe on 2d with no issues but when i tried the 4D i got this mesagge in a window
"PROBE DOESNT STAY AT NULL POSITION"
and then
"LIVE 3D SCAN FAILED TCLAYER IS NOT RESPONDING"
then ERROR CODE 31 TURN OFF THE SYSTEM
I s this because is not a coMpatible probe?
PLEASE ANY HELP WILL BE APRECCIATE

Yes the error is related to the vm board, do not decode the signal video from 3D/4D proses
