we have two Medison Sonoace 6000cmt ultrasound systems. when we want to fill a new patient record or delete old patient data, system frozen. no reactions and no workflow on the system. there is no problem ultrasound image or imaging. we try to work with another system software (ghosted hdd). but color mode, harmonıc, pwd and 3D options don't work. how can we reinstall the software or change the HDD. thanks for now.
these systems usually have hard drives that have multiple partitions. one section for the OS and another for the patient image files and one for the temp files. Have your I.T guy read the drive without booting it and you will see that the patient image drive is full. there is usually a service utility to maintain the drive, this often requires password access.
in the interim you can try deleting some of the image files to free up space but be very carefull to image the drive before any changes.

Hi Kadir, you must be load a new ghost to HDD! Besides, you must to load new passwords (COLOR DOPPLER, IMAGE FILE and HARMONIC).
