Medison X4 power issue

Good day, i have a medison X4 unable to boot up, when i hit the power button the keyboard lights up for a second but never starts. Does somebody have a service manual and parts for this system? Thanks.

Hi German!
Start please with root diagnostic. Check power supplay LED indication (remove front cover and probe selector).
Next step - check please HDD: working or not, checking for bad sector on HDD surface.
After this You can deside wath happend and what will ti do.
