We have a problem in operating a Medrad Mark V Plus Injector i.e. its remote panel doesnt work properly.Display can establish communication but no response from control room and the system is hanged so that the whole system cannot function.
Could anyone knowledgable in the operation of this system give us advice ? Thank you.

The cable connection from remote panel to control room is in good condition, we got the buffer voltage has same value between control room and remote panel. After we analized, the system didnt communicate in data.
Does PPI card/CPU Card cause establishing communication messege at control room that cannot send instruction/data to remote panel
