Wich is the procedure for replacing a defective Memoskop CX?
In the USB port is a hardware key. Customer license CD is on site. What to do next?. The defective Memoskop shows horizontal stripes randomly on the image at startup and when I release radiation. Even without connecting the video input jack, the same stripes appear.

Your troubleshooting appears to have eliminated the TV camera (removal of the Video-In), so the next step is to replace the Memoskop CX. Do you have p/n 7142537 ? If you buy a replacement from us, you would transfer your USB license dongle to the replacement Memoskop, then use your License CD to transfer your License to the replacement Memoskop. I can email you the procedure (what is your email?) Be sure toi return your defective Memoskop CX to get your exchange credit.
