if you have made the calibration procedure and it has not remedied the issue try cleaning the temperature probe with a mild abrasive pad.
Also check or replace the bellows. if all this fails replace the temp probe.
it would help alot if you can tell me the conditions at the time of failure i.e. chamber pressure. and temp. and condition of door gaskets (door and dam)
Regards,
Hi Richard i really apreciated your help. I put a new below, i clean the temp probe, i made the calibration procedure, the problem is just when the pressure is around 28 psi ( 198 kpa) and temp is around 120 then show ERROR CODE 5, door gaskets are okey. See like the temp probe, what do you think?
Ok, I am assuming the 120 Degree is in Celsius.and we know that there are no pressure leaks, start a sterilization cycle, With an multimeter monitor the resistance on the temp probe as it heats up make sure that the it does not go open at any time during the cycle.
Also i am starting to suspect a faulty thermostat at the bottom of the chamber test it in the same fashion .
give me a call at 305 978-8031 perhaps i can be of more help over the phone...if I don't pick up the phone leave me a call back number.
Hi Richard, for sure the temp is in Celsius, for sure not pressure leaks, i will check the sensor doesn´t open. Very good point of the termostat i will double check, i really appreciated your time and help, my number is +52 5550681413, thanks a lot
MArcio, thanks a lot for your answer, well my friend
i put a new bellow, i already order a new temp sensor and a new termostat, just when i will get it i put and then i tell you if works
thanks

hi, friends. If you calibrated and is giving this error, probably the valve BELLOWS is dirty or clogged.steam is coming out of the trap 90C?
