Mindray DC-3 Internal Control Panel not recognizes

Hello !
I have two Mindray DC-3 with a similar error. They boot normally. But keyboard and trackball does not work even all buttens are illuminated. Has anyone a tip for me ?

Hi Tom,
Most likely it is the I/O interface board problem, the one attached to the side of the main box. We may supply it. Please email for pricing.

when the systems start and the key of the B mode isn't orange, the problem is the IO board.
