Es la función de los voltajes y donde los aplican, aparentemente los -12v no se utilizan, pero los -5v son critico, por donde se utilizan creo que tu problema empieza con alguno de los transductores que esta dañado y afecto tu Front end board. Todo viene en una tarjeta, no se si es posible una reparación a componentes, yo probaría el equipo con una fuente nueva y sacando la front end board por las dudas

Mindray DC-7 without -5V and -12V

Good morning; this Mindray DC-7 hasn´t the -5V and -12V.
Only the +5V, +12V and the +3.3V are presents.
