Dear Colleges
I have a problem with a Mindray DP6600 ultrasound system.When the unit is powered on the operating system starts to boot and then it freezes rendering the unit stuck.Can you help me with it,since I can't find anything defective inside it. My opinion is the software.Thank you in advance for your help.

the software can only be upgraded when the operating system is on line. since the system doesn't boot properly and stays stuck upgrade of the system is impossible.I've found that all software upgrades are made in the system itself already booted. Second thing is I don't have the system.If you have encountered this problem please give me a hint of what can be done to salvage this Mindray.
If anyone has software please send it to me.

do you have the service manual of 6600? if you have , i think it may includes how to install the basic software. then you can reinstall the basic software according the instruction of service manual

I have the service manual but there is no procedure in it regarding basic software install. Every software upgrade is done with in the operating system already running. This means that the boot procedure has to operate correctly.Since the boot doesn't work and gets stuck I can't upgrade any software not even the basic one. If you have encountered this kind of failure on this type of Mindray please inform me what is to be done in order the machine to start to boot.Thanks in advance.
