Missing Sdata Error, Voluson 530D

Hello my friend,
I have the problem in voluson 530D After
power up the display show the message:
"CMOS-RAM INITIALIZED
PLEASE LOAD BACKUP FROM DISK
MISSING SDATA"
The disk necessary is the disk of preset of the transducer??
I have the disk for begin the load preset.
Or is other disk?
Please help me!

i have the same problem, missing data, please insert floppy. i have a floppy, where is write back up, but how can i install from floppy ? i try to put the floppy inside, but nothing happened...please help...

The S-Data isn't in Back up disk.
You have to copy the the S-Data to the Floppy diskette ad then load that on Machine.

Please send a picture of CRC Check Screen Shot.
Func Menu --> Learn Mode --> CRC Check then wait 1~2 Min.
