MVP 80 error codes

CAN ANYONE HELP ME.
WHEN REINSTALLING MVP80 GENERATOR, I HAVE 2 ERRORS.
error code : 173
error name : TX INTERNAL
Description : No data is being transmitted to the power Cabinet.
Possible loss of clock in Power Cabinet

error code : 162
error name : RX WATCHDOG
Description : Timeout for reception of data from Power Cabinet has
expired. Data is not being received.

I would suspect that the Fiber optic lines may have been damaged during the move or are not completely inserted in the boards. I think there three lines between the console computer and the micro computer in the generator cabinet. 1. TX, 2. RX, 3. Clock, Try swapping end for end and see if the prolem changes.
