MX8000 has problem. what is 'dose right' function?

Dear sr. we are in big trouble that use a MX8000 QUAD this problem is 'tube current test failure' we shut( expose ) protocol 120KV, 1.0Sec, 360degree, 100mAs(100mA) but they measure tube current : 0.891VDC at 'IT act100' point so we checked tube history in service parameter scan time-nor 1097, act 1030 current - nor : 870, act : 891 replaced E-box, HV tank but that measure not change why shut low expose than set a protocol ? and what is 'dose right' function? please help sr. wait for your mail tviori@naver.com

Have you scoped the Tube current Itact feedback and UI_Load
sorry the first message sent before I could finish the meassuring points are on the D400 in the CBox
