Hi?
I'm facing a problem in the Mx8000 Quad CT system,
I can do tube conditionning, Air calibration but i can't make an exam,
after fill in the patient data and selcting protocol, i get ready hand in the screen to start exposer, but the CTBOX is not ready, the appropeiate button "hand" is not activated.
Someone has an experience with such problem?

The CT Box is broken or the Serial Conecction is missing. Check Serial Cables at the Operators Console. If there are OK, replace the CT Box.
Other option is a Software Problem. Try to reload the software.

For your information, the CTBOX was replaced, but it donesn't solve the problem.
