I've tried to scan and nothing happens. When I checked the IRS Log I found an error stating " Still waiting to RISC to getting into READY State Machine".
I have checked the fiber optic cable, change the receiver/transmmiter and reset all IRS boards and nothing changes. I've noticed that the green led in the back of the Acquisitor thats indicates "Comm OK" didn't turn on. I connected the fiber directly to the RCOM and neither did it turn on.
Your problem is the version of software. Give me the serial and model of you device. Reload the software is solution a your problem.
Or your hard disk isn“t compatible!
It was working before. When I go to Procmon and choose Acq Monitor everything seems to look Ok. Bias in counting and no error is present. Do yo think can be a RCOM malfunction?

Your problem is the software... You software is damage, reload the software and list.

I had the same problem and reload the software and I am fully functional. Maybe your software is hurt by a change in voltage

Thanks for your advise, but I did reload the software in another hard disk and the same error comes up. Any other advise you can gives me?

is this a new install or it was working before????, most probably your acq board is bad
