Need Help On Chison Echo5

Hello everyone, my client bought a Chison ECHO5 ultrasound machine. We need help on training on the applications on this machine. Today we tried to contact Chison by Skype. We tried to ask for tech support, but there tech support is not the greatest, they lack in English speaking and as the result the communication was poor. I want to see if anyone has bought this product and understand it to maybe give me support by email, telephone, or even better maybe by person. Im located in southern California.
