Nemio XG Persistent CMOS Battery Error Message
June 11, 2013 03:53
Hi, Team!
Would please, somebody, give a tip on how to remove the following Error Message?
"The CMOS Battery is exhausted. Please contact your service..."
The battery was already replaced, is new, inside the range of 3.3 VDC. I went to Service Mode and reset the hour meter, performed some tests and the plataform still shows 'Fail' in the A60 board.
But equipment works perfectly, but the message bothers.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Take care you all, God Bless.
MAC.

Hi MAC,
The problem is the battery voltage value. There must be exactly 3.00 V. Load the battery external resistance of 100 R short time until it reaches the approximate value of 3.00. After that will not show the mentioned error
