this can be several causes, fast stop switch curcuit open, the CPU not booting up (to check look for a green LED on the Monoblock control board if on CPU ok) 24 volt power supply bad or blown fuse on the Power Signal interface board F11 3.15 amp.
to test fast stops jumper P1 4 to 21 on the Power Signal interface board
Hi Lenny. I have a similar problem. I get the interlock failure message also but, F11 is good, 24V power supply is good, computer boots up. I dont get 15V on the power signal interface board, I have replace F8 several times, it keeps blowing. Do you know what the problem could be?

this feeds to several circuits turn unit off with your meter in ohms check between chassis ground disconnect connector J10 and ohm pin 1 to ground see if shorted, then check J11 pin 1 to ground, check J4 pin 6 to ground let me know if one is shorted
hi lenny ...i am working on a OEC9800 it shows PRE CHARGE VOLTAGE ERROR ...in service manual it shows check F4 and F2 fuses or 24v for interlock but everything is fine the booting arrows stops at 15 after that the error comes .. please help me on this (briefly)waiting for your reply thanks in advance.....
