OEC 9000 - START UP PROBLEM

Doing the boot process my OEC 9000 freezes at the "please wait B6 or B7". We detected the CART had a problem in POwer Supply (+5, -5, +15 , -15VDC) and we repaier that. Now, the CART sometimes load fine the Software and others not.
We are checking the CART only, with the C-Arm disconnected, are we working good? or must we conncet the C-Arm too? Any suggestions?

The cart can boot on its own. B6=search.com has been loaded and is searching for the last image saved to the hard disk. B7=search.com has successfully completed the search. It sounds like a hard drive or software issue. Replace hard drive if you can. Good luck!
