the cart boots up fine.
the c-arm boots up to press start-
then it either tells me "allow 24 hrs for recharge" or "pre-charge failure"? i have allowed more than 24 hrs for charge, but it still tells me that. not sure of the history of the machine but it "was in storage".
is this a battery issue? can i check the batteries somehow before spending money on them?

maybe you can have two situation the batteries doesnt take charge for old or the charger circuit is with techncical trouble, you can check the charger board if is working good, first, you need remove the c arm main cover, and you need ckeck the voltaje in main red and black wire, when the battery charger board is supply voltaje to the battery packs, the measurement must be 211 Vdc aprox., if this vslue is there, then you have the battery packs in bad state and you need change it for new. regards
Dear anonymous user, I took in one just like you. Pre-charge failure. Change out batteries with know good set and still have the same error. Charging system is working correctly on mine. Let me know what's your resolve, thanks.
