I Have a OEC 9000 C-Arm that is having problems with the C-Arm, for some reason it doesn't come down a guy told me to change the batteries so I did but it didn't fix the problem.
Any help will be appreciate it.

maybe the mechanical down limit switch is defective.

Check the rocker switches that control up/dn. Fuses, Power supply.

as Juan mentioned check the switch if ok then check the relays on the relay board
