Our OEC 9400 is showing a 010E System Error upon startup occasionally. Cannot find what this error means anyway. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Theis error is a communication error between the control panel and the tech processor. Try checking the cable form the back plane to ther control panel---they do go bad. it coulkd be a bad control panel processor causing the issue.

Try to replace the floppy driver.

Try using the backup diskette if you have one to see if it help e-mail me if you need help
