I have a OEC 9400,the boot up disk(C-ARM side, not workstation side) is bad, can any body help me?

Sam, you have a problem on your hands.
I've had an issue with OEC 9000 C-Arm hard drive. OEC(presently GE) does not support these models anymore.
Just for the heck of it try these numbers: 800-849-9800, 800874-7378, 800-999-7147.

Try calling Computron Medical in Chicago at 847 952-8800. You want to talk to Mark or John. They have many parts for OEC 9000s and 9400s.
Even though OEC does not support the c-arm there are companies who still have parts for them.

This disk can be purchased from OEC. Call OEC and ask for Charles in tech support. Give him the serial # of the system and they can make you a disk with Cal. info. on it. It will Cost you about $1,100.00 I just had this problem on a UROVIEW2500. you also should get the Diagnostic disk PN#00-875009-01 It costs about $300.00. Once you get a good disk use the Diag. Disk to run a copy of the new disk. Buy these parts from REMedpar at 10% discount. Questions 813-654-4257
